Bajaj is constantly updating the Pulsar lineup with new features and technology across 2024. However, the company has now turned its gaze to the flagship Dominar 400 motorcycle. The first look of the 2025 Bajaj Dominar 400 spied has appeared online, showing off some technological updates to make it more attractive.
2025 Bajaj Dominar 400
Dominar’s flagship Bajaj Cars lineup has one of the first affordable power cruisers for Indian motorcycle enthusiasts. Powered by a KTM-derived 373CC engine, the Bajaj Dominar 400 spells sensible performance for the masses. In 2021, the Bajaj Dominar 400 has become more touring-friendly with the touring equipment offered as standard.
To further improve touring capabilities, the 2025 Bajaj Dominar 400 gets a new instrument cluster. This new set gets Bluetooth connectivity which also supports navigation in turn. As seen in the spy shots leaked online, we can see that it resembles the Matrix LCD DOT instrument cluster seen on the Pulsar NS400Z.
This set consists of two distinct sets of displays. The larger left section displays all the vital information such as Speedo, Tacho, gear position indicator, odometer, riding styles, time, side stand indicator, set lights, cell phone signal reception and battery level.
The right section of this group is narrower in size, but shows trip computer data, fuel efficiency data, and navigation data in turn. When paired and set from the smartphone app, ETA Time and Paxy can also be on this screen. This is a huge upgrade when compared to the toolkit Dominar used to obtain it.
What are the changes?
Now that the Tell Tale Lights are on the main set, the Dominar’s secondary set on her tank is removed as well. In its place, we now get a USB port for charging a smartphone or other gadgets. All the touring-friendly accessories that the Bajaj Dominar 400 uses will likely be carried over with the 2025 model.
The 2025 Bajaj Dominar 400 is likely to retain the same 373 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder 4V/C engine. This engine in the Dominar 400 is rated for 40 hp and 35 Nm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. With the My25 Dominar 400, we can expect riding styles like the Pulsar NS400Z along with the throttle system in the throttle riding.
